Is Holna a medical app?
No. Holna is a wellness app. It measures, shows, tracks and exports your own readings, and it deliberately does not diagnose, score or predict. Your doctor brings the interpretation, Holna brings the tidy numbers.
Where is my data kept?
On your iPhone, in an encrypted store locked behind Face ID. There is no account and no Holna server. The core app makes no network calls, so your health data never reaches us.
How does the doctor report work?
Tap once and Holna builds a clean PDF of your readings and trends, right on the device. Share it through the iOS share sheet, message it, or print it. It is never uploaded anywhere, and it carries a clear note that it is not a diagnosis.
Which readings can Holna gather?
Holna reads about a dozen Apple Health metric types, including blood pressure, weight, resting heart rate and HRV, and you can log your own entries too. You choose what to share, and you can revoke access at any time in Settings.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Holna works on iPhone on its own. If you do have an Apple Watch, Holna Plus adds complications so today's readings are there on your wrist.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays on your phone and the free tier keeps working. You can export an encrypted copy at any time, and delete everything in one tap whenever you like.
